- be more transparent on evaluation and promotion criteria - provide more internal mobility chances to employees - provide more opportunities to employees who are non white male. - while cost saving is good, always try to first retain people who are made redundant - do more in ESG, PIMCO is late

Because it's a finance company, I am paid much more than someone in a comparable job in a different industry.

Can't complain money is good.

401k, good benefits package, and generous bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

The firm pays so much more to EVPs and MDs while underpaying those under them. This is shown in the income ratio between an associate and MD. They don’t value your work as they are focusing on automating things across function

Less work and more balance

Stressed out colleagues and managers can be unkind.

Top leaders earn $100mm+ annually, while lower level employees are constantly squeezed. Top leaders also decide their own compensation.

People are kept as a set of moneys for showcase in the zoo. Skills don't matter since there aren't any real projects and the only thing that matters for compensation is political bolstering.

We got great exposure to sophisticated clients around the world - institutions, pensions, wealth management, family office. You also have great exposure to top investment thinkers.

New leadership and a new compensation system. A true commitment to D&I - not just sales speak.

Employees have to be treated fairly for their contributions.
