Again, everyone is capable and does their work, and people ensure that others are successful.

1. You got to get exposure to some of the best investment thinkers around the world 2. You got really good exposure to some of the most sophisticated clients around the world as well 3. PIMCO is at the forefront for their investment solutions

good reputation and access to lots of projects

everyone works hard and gives up their lives for work

PIMCO has a great culture and highly values its employees. PIMCO wants the best out of the employees and the employees should stive to provide the same to PIMCO.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything. Whole culture needs total make over

Take action against poor leadership

New leadership and a new compensation system. A true commitment to D&I - not just sales speak.

Employees have to be treated fairly for their contributions.
