Hugh M. Queener — Chief Administrative Officer, EVP & Corporate Secretary at Pinnacle Financial Partners

Mr. Hugh M. Queener has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer of Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. and for its subsidiary, Pinnacle Bank (Nashville TN) since 2000. Mr. Queener serves as Corporate Secretary of Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. and Pinnacle Bank (Nashville TN). He has more than 29 years of experience. He spent 13 years at First American National Bank/AmSouth in a variety of positions including Auditor, Senior Vice President of operations support, Executive Vice President of general banking, Executive Vice President of operations and technology and Executive Vice President of consumer programs. He was employed by AmSouth Bancorporation from 1999 to 2000 served as an Executive Vice President in the consumer banking group. Prior to the merger with AmSouth, Mr. Queener was employed by First American National Bank from 1987 to 1999 serving as Executive Vice President in charge of retail lending from 1987 to 1999. Mr. Queener was employed with The Kirchman Corporation from 1986 to 1987 and served as Senior Vice President for client service, installations and software development and support. He serves as a Director of Pathway Lending Corp. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Hiawassee College in Madisonville, Tenn. He has been involved in the Brentwood Rotary Club as a member, the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity as a finance committee member, the YMCA as a program coordinator, the Boy Scouts of America as a Cub Master and troop leader and on the executive board of the Middle Tennessee Council. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Hiawassee College in Madisonville, Tenn. He is also a Member of the Staff Parish Relations Committee and member of the administrative board for Brentwood United Methodist Church.
