The flexibility and freedom to work at one's own pace as long as the work is getting done before time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engage with the team better, not once have I spoken with the VP of our division nor have they ever cared to reach out. There is no growth roadmap provided, it makes it difficult for an individual to focus. Providing flexibility for work doesn't mean we stop caring about the team member's growth.
