What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not interfere in your work, they are willing to get the results from your work and they pay you good for that no micro level analysis, work is worship
Focus on resource development, improving leadership skills, providing opportunity for growth both personally and professionally and focus on visibility and communication
Approachable,fair and down to earth
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engage with the team better, not once have I spoken with the VP of our division nor have they ever cared to reach out. There is no growth roadmap provided, it makes it difficult for an individual to focus. Providing flexibility for work doesn't mean we stop caring about the team member's growth.

Basic Salary is the best part

No thanks for work go extra mile with no thanks for it would like to be respected not used like a mule

Always approachable and ready to help each other.
All are collaborative for each other's work

They need to do the work they are paid for!

They give worth to their employees

It was very transparent and upfront!
They give you proper time to explain yourself they are not in hurry to complete the interview for the sake of interview, they listen your views and appreciate you accordingly
