What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not interfere in your work, they are willing to get the results from your work and they pay you good for that no micro level analysis, work is worship
Focus on resource development, improving leadership skills, providing opportunity for growth both personally and professionally and focus on visibility and communication
Approachable,fair and down to earth

Don't have leadership team in roundshasw
People skills and listen more and do there work

Basic Salary is the best part

No thanks for work go extra mile with no thanks for it would like to be respected not used like a mule
treated like a person, I suppose

All are collaborative for each other's work
Friendly work together helpful to each ither

They need to do the work they are paid for!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They give worth to their employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management and workers to do the work they are paid for, stop bullying, harassment,discrimination.....etc.......
What did you like most about the interview process?
They give you proper time to explain yourself they are not in hurry to complete the interview for the sake of interview, they listen your views and appreciate you accordingly
