What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a first year father, I appreciate the maternity benefits.
Stock is received quarterly and can be divested
Unlimited PTO is really amazing
stock if it was worth something but it keeps tanking because of lack of good strategic planning and investing in the wrong projects

The new career framework created a total mess on levels of different employees. Can you imagine putting employees to certain levels even without expectation clarified?
Myself and dozens of others on my team and in other orgs have gone to HR to explicitly talk about how and why it's a boys club and within weeks these people have either been fired, publically shamed, or put on development plans and ended up quitting. It's no secret that nothing is going to get fixed
