They should Improve communication. Be transparent. Treat employees as smart people (don't try to hide something from employees)
Caring a little more about the ABPs working remotely. They need to do more to make the remote workers feel like part of the family.

The new career framework created a total mess on levels of different employees. Can you imagine putting employees to certain levels even without expectation clarified?
Myself and dozens of others on my team and in other orgs have gone to HR to explicitly talk about how and why it's a boys club and within weeks these people have either been fired, publically shamed, or put on development plans and ended up quitting. It's no secret that nothing is going to get fixed

If men and women were paid and judged equally for their work
It isn't necessary to treat your fellow engineers as an extension of Google. Please try to solve it yourself before asking the guy or gal next to you.
It's simple-fire the men who are making it a horrible place to work instead of letting go if highly talented people who are whistleblowers.

Holding poor managers accountable for bad leadership / responding to employee complaints
Stop promoting people just because they've been at the company since the beginning. Promote a meritocracy.
The culture itself is fine. It's the people that do or do not manifest it that are an issue, and this comes from the top down.
Most laid back of tech companies. Tough time executing.

I am being discriminated against and punished for complaining
Workplace bullying & discrimination; can be improved once the company begins caring about every employee equally
Almost half of our engineers don't see themselves working at Pinterest in 12 months. This number has been getting progressively worse and nobody in the C-suite seems to be doing anything about it.
Hard to compete with Google/Facebook for talent, so we end up with B-talent and have a hard time competing/executing.
