Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonuses are not standard based on employee performance like most places, and the engineering orgs are feeling the stifling culture, due to wall street performance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

1. Stop expecting 3 person teams of engineers to manage 10+ product applications for various product lines. 2. Listen to feedback. 3. Stop blaming lower level employees for culture issues – and realize that most of the influential culture shifts happen top down.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less dictatorship, more collaboration. Give your engineers opportunities to learn, work hard and play hard, to take part in the vision, and help mold the outcome of our products. Give them a sense of pride and responsibility for the brand, and they in turn will in turn take care of your organization
