What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Constructive feedback. Honesty. Be forthcoming. Listen to be heard. Made to feel like you’re a human being. Empathy. Not be so critical looking for anything you could do wrong. Maybe look at your positive progress. No one works well when put under a microscope to find fault

They need to have a plan or strategy for success. Too internally focused.

Comunication!!! Stop yelling at us. Help a little and not just sit in the ofgice with air condition will the workres are working in extrem heat with no available fans
