first not make me wait for 1 hour for a scheduled interview

The work is very back breaking and work areas are not very safe (back injuries) for $12 hour

everyone complains that the sorters need to KEEP running, but they are not repaired fully..... so they keep jamming
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is stated that you need to speak english, but on the floor the employees all speak spanish, so people who do not speak spanish have no idea what is going on.
