The place is a dump, the equipment is always breaking down, and management is too busy napping in the office.

Improve customer service and deliver on promises

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The employees should not have to solely paid for necessary, mandatory, involuntary deductions in their check. The company should recognize the responsibility and duties as model citizens the employees that work for them and compensate mandatory deductions with pay. A better pay= driven loyalty
