Everything, none of the leaders seem to know what the other is doing and it causes conflict in the workplace. Everyone wants you to do what they say even if they are going against one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing, they have skilled workers working for 12 bucks an hour for positions that truly deserve 16-18 bucks an hour.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hate the place but we love each other and stick togethr.

Meeting with coworkers is usually a pretty fun part of the day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees should not have to solely paid for necessary, mandatory, involuntary deductions in their check. The company should recognize the responsibility and duties as model citizens the employees that work for them and compensate mandatory deductions with pay. A better pay= driven loyalty
everything is wrong, I cant think of one thing positive about the company itself.
