My personal experience has been fine. I am disappointed in their complete silence when it comes to social justice issues. Over the summer of 2020, not a word was spoken regarding the social justice issues. When Juneteenth was made a national holiday, the company was again completely silent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low compared to competitors. Too many internal politics holding deserving employees back.
