They are smart and know the business and their employees

Need to hire outside management
Awful leadership. Got thrown under the bus for no reason at all. Manager didnthid to save himself
accountability, internal growth, stay relevant
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is pretty good
All of it! So many!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low compared to competitors. Too many internal politics holding deserving employees back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friends and family It's not what you know it's who you know.
Teammates, all work together and help each other
They work well with each other
Out team still works together and one of the few teams that all pull in the same direction!

Everyone is performance driven but laid back
Friendly and supportive and add safety
Honestly it’s hard to think of any when it comes to the company as a whol
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
SR leadership! There is not clear leadership anymore. Leadership by group does not work!

More training and less pigeon holing
