A lot of meetings but very intelligent staff and work is generally meaningful

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I'm a liberal and am on the political side of them but they ask alot of political questions and religious ones and it kinda unconstitutional
There should be fewer interviews and a shorter time between interview and starting dates
