The team is super collaborative and friendly.

The kind of work culture the leadership team have established is really appreciable. Every voice is heard by our leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was very crisp. Interviewer was clear on the requirements and what they were looking for exactly. The same was conveyed to me in the start of the interview as well, which is a very nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
The kind of trust leadership shows on us is really motivates me to do my best and justify their trust. And when I am able to do that time to time, that's the best feeling I am most happy about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would rather focus on the review cycle and here the work really pays off. Adapt to the awesome work culture, where we are expected to own and take decisions, be responsible for work area and you would be rewarded handsomely at the end of the year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone owns their work area and can take the decisions. this is the kind of culture our leadership promotes. We have hybrid work culture, so we meet twice a week with team and those are the days we collaborate more and have a friendly and healthy culture.
