Love my manager and how transparent and trustworthy he is. We get to meet whenever I am concerned and need alignment. Outside of that he lets me work as I see fit unless I need guidance.

Leadership is very transparent. There is a flat hierarchy and leadership is available for the regular employee. They present the big picture to the crowd and are open to questions / suggestions. Overall it is a great leadership team.

Each of my teammates is very helpful and open to discussions and new angles. The mood is excellent, discussions and talks on a very high level.

Interviews are focused around you as a person as well as your skills. You can teach hard skills not soft skills and the interviewers know that
