They are direct and honest about what works and doesn't work and where we could improve. There is a sense that they are aware of the wider company and challenges and successes and they have a strategic vision of where we are going.

The best part of the compensation package is the focus on total well-being. The 'Unplugged Days' and generous PTO provide great work-life balance, while the remote work flexibility and home office stipends make the overall package feel very supportive and modern

The best part of my team is the genuine spirit of collaboration. Everyone is incredibly supportive and willing to step in and help whenever needed. There is a real sense that we are 'building together,' which makes even the most challenging projects feel manageable
