The compensation package is competitive and includes good benefits, which makes it rewarding to work here.

I would rather focus on the review cycle and here the work really pays off. Adapt to the awesome work culture, where we are expected to own and take decisions, be responsible for work area and you would be rewarded handsomely at the end of the year.

Everyone owns their work area and can take the decisions. this is the kind of culture our leadership promotes. We have hybrid work culture, so we meet twice a week with team and those are the days we collaborate more and have a friendly and healthy culture.

Being able to meet leaders from different departments that I would be working with.
The process is supported by a tool which helps managing the interview both on the manager side and the employee side. Interview process is rather straight forward though
