Excellent workplace, management is close to employees, it seems that all are well informed and know about the purposes and policies. The mood among colleagues is great, people help each other very much. It is very transparent. It is a pleasure to work at Planview.

I am based in a non-US country but I am happy with what Planview provides as local benefits and compensation.

Each of my teammates is very helpful and open to discussions and new angles. The mood is excellent, discussions and talks on a very high level.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I see progress with customers that is based on my activities with them. Also positive feedback from internal and / or external is a pleasure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite being distributed around the globe we all help each other and have one common aim - satisfaction of the customer. Planview is a true example of cross-cultural integration and cooperation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very transparent. There is a flat hierarchy and leadership is available for the regular employee. They present the big picture to the crowd and are open to questions / suggestions. Overall it is a great leadership team.
