What did you like most about the interview process?Starts with phone interview then narrows down to an in-person, panel style interview. The interviewers were from different departments and able to offer different perspectives.
What are some of the best things about your team?Team is friendly and helpful, eager to work together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Most of the departments have lost sight of the big picture and executive level would rather cover their get wrapped up in petty procedures and policy than focus on delivering service and leading the energy industry in NM. They are out of touch, out of reach, and outdated.
