Probably have too many subordinates to manage effectively. On the positive side, did not micromanage me.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary as a contractor.
Base pay commensurate with my experience, and annual bonus. The ESOP will be the best once I've been here 6 years.

Very touchy-feely. Very inclusive as a priority and values all!
