What do you like best about the leadership team?
Probably have too many subordinates to manage effectively. On the positive side, did not micromanage me.
Transparency, inclusivity, genuine behavior and actions, belief in a common cause, gathers buy-in, gets into the weeds.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Since being acquired by PE the company is spiraling to non-viable. Desperation in the management is being channeled to the employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary as a contractor.
Base pay commensurate with my experience, and annual bonus. The ESOP will be the best once I've been here 6 years.

Very touchy-feely. Very inclusive as a priority and values all!

Pace and transparency - it happened very quickly and the hiring manager was very open and honest with me throughout.

Actually share what the job entails, rather than fool the candidate with lies.

Being left alone to do my work.
Autonomy to do my best work, working with excellent colleagues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has 0 focus on delivery capability and building up expertise. The only focus is to get more business, without a clue to how to deliver value.
