so far, my overall experience at the company has been nothing but enjoyable and full of lessons on new skills for me to learn. I feel like I have grown as a programmer and understand a lot more about the job then I did before. I have also learned what it is like to work under deadlines.

There are always fun things to get people more involved and communicating, motivational events and always events happening to lift spirits and keep them high.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a young college aged male with little professional experience in my position and I am still compensated more than fairly and I was given a chance to prove myself.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that instead of long endless rounds of interviews, I was instead given an assignment to challenge my skills and test my knowledge of the position I was applying for.
