The leadership shows an unusual willingness to learn and an ability to avoid playing the blame game.

Leadership does not believe in micro-management. Everyone here was hired for a reason: either they are the smartest, the most creative, the most determined, or the most helpful. Therefore, leadership empowers everyone with a with a sense of autonomy. It has created an outstanding work culture.
Been here three days and look forward to 15 years more. Employees are awesome and have a true authentic relationship with their managers. Very refreshing for an outsider to witness this.

Leadership seems to actually care about employees. Everyone is like family here. Hopefully that doesn't change as the company continues to grow.

Leadership is actually actively listening to solutions being provided by those in their team. We've faced this sudden and rapid growth and I can tell they're serious about keeping the culture healthy.
