What did you like most about the interview process?

For software developers, there are a lot of hurdles, but having come through them, it's very satisfying to know that everyone I'm working with passed those same hurdles. The panel interview is actually fun (if also somewhat stressful)!

As I am a part of the interview process, I am definitely biased. Communication and transparency is key! I'd like to think that candidates would say that we like keep them informed the entire time, from the second the apply to the job, to the time leadership makes their decision.

It was cool being able to shadow some of the current employees before I started. Not many other companies would be up for that type of interaction, especially if employees didn't love working there.

We dont hire just for a job, we hire people to be a part of the family. The mentality with most jobs is you stay there for a couple years and find something else but at Point of Rental, we hire for life.

The team interview where I heard from them and what they want to accomplish as well as them hearing what I want to accomplish.

Openness of the company policies and procedures

It is obvious they aren't just looking for great skills, but great people who will support their mission to make the world a better place. They take seriously the idea of culture fit in how it pertains to the company's values of empowering others, being principled, being innovative, and caring.

I liked that instead of long endless rounds of interviews, I was instead given an assignment to challenge my skills and test my knowledge of the position I was applying for.

Very laid back, and relaxed

I felt more comfortable interviewing with the two managers than I have at any other interview.
