What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything except for working with a disrespectful manager silvana when a dark skin customer comes in an they get her mad she calls them a monkey in Spanish

The correct compensation if you have experience
The amount of work we were doing did not equal the amount of pay
I feel that they see me as a liar, when to the hospital several times i got scolded like a child. I told my manager that I had an IV attached to my arm pumping nutrients to my body since I wasn't able to get a break and eat something.
I work full time at pollo tropical and I have another job and somehow I still am unable to support myself...while everyone at corporate levels are paid more. Us, the ones who work on the front lines, are paid the least. Literally, we aren't paid enough to deal with what we see every day.
10.50 an hour is not enough.
I feel I am doing more than what I am getting paid for, and lately we are going through a ruff time due to covid and my store is short staff and I practically spend more time at work than at home... I love working don't get me wrong but some of us employees are underpay and the company asks a lot
