The camaraderie, we are all in this together, and everyone is very helpful and helps one another when reached out to.
The environment changed when a new supervisor was introduced that began micromanaging everything and having a fake friendly attitude. A select few people take a majority of the calls every day and pick up the slack of others with no recognition or reward.

Lack of direction, feedback, & training. Over-departmentalized work creates no room for creativity or skill developement. Management is friendly and understanding.
