Amazing all i want to do is work

Newer with the company (less than 1 year). Been a great work environment.

We're empowered to take the job to the next level. The culture is very "respectful." But everyone must pull their weight.

I am glad I work where I do. We work as a team our manager lets us do our job, his door is always open, he is willing to teach us so we don't make the same mistake.

They listen, they are understanding and know life happens. They are willing to work with you when things happen. They don't chew you out when you mess up. They are always there to answer questions.

401k plan, stock purchas plan

Equity and employee stock purchase program. Also get a 401 k employer match. Training and development is plentiful.

The health insurance is pretty good and they offer wellness discounts every year for doing things a person should be doing anyway. It is not hard to get all your wellness points.

Smart folks who ate very skilled at their jobs. Enjoy a laugh often.

Everyone gets along, we have fun, we joke around.

Most all are genuinely committed to doing great work and to continuous improvement.

We all get along and we work as a team. The management works hard in ensuring the people they hire have the right attitude to work there.
