The pay and benefits are good, but is it worth it?
Highly competitive and rewards performance.
Flexibility and good options for 401k, roth, employee stock purchase, etc
Prices the employee pays for family coverage are acceptable, however the coverage itself is inadequate. High deductible plans should be illegal. I'm still part of the pension, and am disappointed for the newer employees that it is no longer offered.

What are some of the best things about your team?
great committed people and very skilled and hard working
Our team is smart, curious, hard-working, and helpful. We have the best manager in the history of managers (super competent, focuses on accountability over blame and helps us improve rather than punishes us, and he's an amazing mentor, and hilarious). And we adore each other--nice chemistry.
They are willing to help each other, customers and the community
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits are the only positive aspect.
People want to do good work for the most part, and there's real desire to improve the overall culture. Support for volunteerism is authentic.

Got to meet lots of the team I work with

Really give you time to ask questions and use more than one person to do the interview
