PostcardMania is really like no other company I have ever worked for. Any and every good idea that benefits the company is looked at and considered. If it makes good sense, we do it. We have company sponsored parties, fun activities every month and a cafe. What else could you want? :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like we all help each other to get the job done. We each know what the other is trying to achieve.
What makes you most happy at work?
The light and fun atmosphere here is really unique. There may be some moments that require focused attention, but they are few and far between.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
PostcardMania is a very unserious place to work. We genuinely care about each other. Frequently, we will have charity events to benefit employees and/or their family members
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that all aspects of the interviewee are considered, intelligence, aptitude, personality, cultural fit, etc. When PostcardMania interviews someone, we want to find someone who will want to be a team member forever.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team treats everyone like family. There may be disagreements, but they are short-lived and never personal. I've never worked anywhere quite like PostcardMania, and I doubt there are many companies that even come close.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The state of the health care industry is what it is. There's not much that PostcardMania can really do about that. My rating is reflective of the situation and not so much PostcardMania in this case.
