They are the best as far as customer service is done and they pay attention to details overall working with them gets an A plus rating thx!

Mileage on my car and sleep specialists compared to how much I can actually get paid
I live in Boston and there’s too much traffic and not enough parking for the payout from postmates. If it takes me almost an hour to drop off an order but the destination is only
They need to consider their employees gas situation. Cars don't run on air. Consider everything. Miles, gas, time, wear and tear on the car, bad neighbors and NOT everybody tips.
I feel I am underpaid for how many hours I puy into it and how many miles I put on my "new" car. Not to mention tje wear and tear to my vehicle. I would feel better compensated if I got even $1 more for each delivery and then more chamces for bonuses.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are part of a team we are proud of when we see each other we are glad to say hello how are you and me personally I feel people that work here will help you if you need help and I will be glad to help others.

I'm not sure I ever met any co-worker ever
Sometimes you just need to talk to someone to figure out a problem, but there isn’t an

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My rules my company. Independent
I make my own hours and I'm my own boss
I like working with people that have technology figured out like there are no pretty much no glitches the app performs correctly customers are happy employees are able to get the job done well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy no pressure
They do criminal background checks
It was easy, it was all through the app and uncomplicated. Definitely easier than applying for Uber eats and it was incredible fast to get your gear and start working.

$ money, instant money however whenever
Making sure my orders are delivered on a timely manner. And seeing customers smile
