They need to consider their employees gas situation. Cars don't run on air. Consider everything. Miles, gas, time, wear and tear on the car, bad neighbors and NOT everybody tips.
I feel I am underpaid for how many hours I puy into it and how many miles I put on my "new" car. Not to mention tje wear and tear to my vehicle. I would feel better compensated if I got even $1 more for each delivery and then more chamces for bonuses.
