They lead they stay on top and we are always a team first.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always act as a family and we get the job done we move to assist where needed and come together at the end of our shift leaving the next shift confident in they daily or nightly success as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pay to park everyday and it's 10 to 15 a day I don't receive a parking pass etc. And I only get paid 14.50 n hour . I have been there for 11 months now and don't want to find another job but it's becoming to expensive to work here.
