I am happy with what I have achieved so far. I know I can do bigger and better things, if given the opportunity to do so. I would like to become a manager, but if the opportunity doesn't come soon, I am considering to explore opportunities outside PPD.

For the executives, they have a vision, which they consistently communicate.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better compensation. Better opportunities for growth. Better communication from operational management team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members are very hard working, reliable, and strive to do their best in all things they do. I am so proud of our team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job description does not match my current roles and responsibilities. I am gravely underpaid, especially when compared to roles in other companies with the same JD.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I see that people I help are able to thrive in the work we do. As a trainer, nothing make me happier than seeing my team mates happier.
