Quality of their skill sets. Truly brilliant co-workers and we support each other. Very much a team-work environment.

Was able to interview with an owner of the company. Very positive approach and she was willing to meet my salary expectation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've been with the company for 4 years and have received a bonus every year. I can't say the same for a few of my friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive team cares more about employees than most companies. It's refreshing to be able to sit down with an owner of the company and talk about personal and professional goals.
