What did you like most about the interview process?
the interviewing process is Streamlined
I could tell they take all of their interviews seriously because by the second interiew I was speaking to the CEO and I could tell how much she valued her company and by handpicking her staff, every employee she has.
The interview process is largely easygoing, pointed, and dynamic.

Process was streamlined where I got to talk with someone on the current program so I could ask real questions about what the environment was like and also speak directly to the owners of the company so I could get a feel for the culture from the top down. Everyone was respectful and transparent
It was pretty simple. Talk with them about me, they talk about the company, and then they linked me up to talk with someone onsite to talk about what it's like on a daily basis to make sure I wasn't surprised by anything. I appreciated that. It ran smoothly

The interviewer was interested in my past experience and had all the information about the company that I could have ever needed.
