My role. It is a constantly evolving role because our product is constantly evolving. There is endless scope for being creative, innovative and engaged at all times.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company still doesn't seem to have figured out a product/service that can attract a broad range of customers. Although our customers seem satisfied or even enthusiastic, new customers are hard to come by.
