- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?From what i can tell, quality it the biggest issue, followed by productions lack of compitence in getting orders done on time.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Need to focus more. They talk too much, stand/sit around doing nothing or play on their phones. Theres work to be done and their just making other people pick up the slack.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone feels undervalued there. Management doesnt listen to anything have to say. Oh you can have a conversation, but they basically ignore you. Makes you feel like you dont matter. They hire new people in making almost as much as people whove been there 20yrs. Shows real appreciation.
