What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are humble, smart, and truly care about their employees.
Kind, empathetic, responsible, and smart. I definitely trust them and they're experienced and humble leaders.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited time off and work from home stipends
Stock Options and open vacation plan are awesome!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low for role, level, YOE, and location. Multiple opportunities for appropriate leveling/compensation revision with leadership turning a blind eye to employee needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is hard working, extremely sharp, and dedicated to both the cause and to helping one another succeed.
Smart, agile, nimble, and very good at communication.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful. The attitude is that we're all working together. Also it's a very bootstrap mentality where we all are trying to build the company and figuring out how to get things done! Love it!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to acknowledge top performers better. Especially in niche roles with no direct in-field leadership. Provide engagement and learning opportunities for all employees, and listen when employees bring up issues of compensation, growth, etc.

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like we are at the cusp of something amazing. We're growing and working to build the company. We're seeing traction, and though we're working really hard, it's very exciting to see what is going to happen!
