What do you like best about the leadership team?They are humble, smart, and truly care about their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited time off and work from home stipends
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is hard working, extremely sharp, and dedicated to both the cause and to helping one another succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is low for role, level, YOE, and location. Multiple opportunities for appropriate leveling/compensation revision with leadership turning a blind eye to employee needs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Company needs to acknowledge top performers better. Especially in niche roles with no direct in-field leadership. Provide engagement and learning opportunities for all employees, and listen when employees bring up issues of compensation, growth, etc.
