  • Highlight that you know a lot about the company, identify things that the company can be doing better, and show exactly how you would improve them. The CEO HATES "yes" people. She wants to know where the company can improve and hires only people who have direct ideas on how to get there.

  • It depends on the person, startups are not for everyone. Know when you're here you're going to work as hard as you ever have, but you will also be at the top of your game professionally and our CEO is dedicated to helping you reach your personal goals as well as those of the company. I've never had that before and that's my all time favorite thing about PRÊTE.

  • Make sure you KNOW the company and the founders' stories. It sounds ridiculous but I've seen a lot of people interview here without even downloading or trying the app! That obviously goes without saying, the founders actually check if you've used it or downloaded. Make sure you are ready for anything. You could get asked really crazy questions but they are designed to see how you think, not that there is a right or wrong answer.
