What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being charismatic and engaging with the whole team, not only on Zoom but when they meet in person. Isn't that the point of meeting in person?
Thinking about investing in positions that will actually increase monetization and encourage synergies across departments. For example, marketing and sales rarely, if ever met. How does that make sense?
They need to get replaced
They cannot get any better. They should be replaced.

Toxic hustle culture. "Performance based pay". Below average compensation. Pay people what they deserve.

Everyone who can leave is leaving
Ownership mindset is absent in almost every team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some smart engineers

Stop acting like we are children. Be transparent.

My boss was really great and personable.
It was fast and hassle free
The engineers were competent and nice.
