A more competitive salary and cost of living adjustment

All non-clinical employees are grossly underpaid, including the directors. You're lucky if you get a 3% raise every year and they only match the 401k once a year. This isn't a job you could support a family with or retire from.

Prime needs to work on attracting and retaining strong employees. The corporate office is a revolving door due to the inadequate experience of the few decision makers!

C suite understands that hospital is not repetitive w pay scale but blames directors for turnover rate exceeding 4% per month
