The leadership teams hired are not experienced atvsll & if they come across a good leader they quickly leave because tgey realize what tupe of company PRIME is ! The worst !!!! They cant keep good experienced staff

Acknowledge input from your seasoned employees & professionals, rather than implementing changes outside of your individual expertise (and against constructive suggestions). Leadership tends to works backwards crating failed implementations which inevitably require major clean up and wasted time.
They have no idea how to lead their team.
A more competitive salary and cost of living adjustment
All non-clinical employees are grossly underpaid, including the directors. You're lucky if you get a 3% raise every year and they only match the 401k once a year. This isn't a job you could support a family with or retire from.
over worked , underpaid , treated like if we work in a 3rd world coutry

resigned from the company asap
Leadership change. ! ! !
Coworkers are generally adequate, however few will speak up to inform leadership of false assumptions and inadequate business practices.
Support from management. Communication from management of any sort would be helpful.
Better leaders. Pay people a livable wage and stop asking why retention rates are so bad. Stop micromanaging.
the nurses need to be more inviting
change to make the company culture
Toxic and condescending needs to change
They dont check licensing properly
Get rid of entire hr team
They lie to you to get sign, then reality hits you in the face
Better customer service and more streamlined care
Poor quality care long waits
