What is the best part about your compensation package?
The earning potential is wonderful. Even on the low end, we average out with a decent hourly wage. Though not hourly, I like to break it down that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company culture is very faith and family oriented. Very supportive of anyone who wants to grow in their business and understanding towards those who step back or away. I appreciate that.
