Michael Boguski CPCU — President of Eastern Insurance at ProAssurance Corporation

Mr. Michael Leonard Boguski, also known as Mike, CPCU serves as the President of Eastern Insurance at ProAssurance Corporation. Mr. Boguski has been the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. since January 1, 2011. He has been the President of Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc., a parent company of Eastern Alliance Insurance Company since 1999 and served as its Chief Operating Officer until January 2011. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Holding Company, Ltd. Mr. Boguski has been with the Eastern organization since the inception of Educators Alliance Insurance Company (now Eastern Alliance Insurance Group) in 1997. He is responsible for Eastern Alliance Insurance Group's operations and serves as its Chief Underwriting Officer. He has 21 years of insurance industry experience. He has been a Director at Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. since November 11, 2010. He has been a Director of Eastern Insurance Holdings' operating subsidiaries since August of 2006. Mr. Boguski graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business Management and earned his CPCU designation in 1995.
