What makes you most happy at work?What makes me most happy anout work is leaving work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better salary, better hours (no holidays or weekends), pay for traveling expenses, actually be on time for meetings, stop office drama and gossipping, have respect for others' work and life balance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Lesrn how not to being catty and gossip and excluding others. Need to communicate better. Need to organize and not expect others to stay late when some always run a couple of hours behind then expect others to stay for their sake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?During lockdown, we put our lives at risk by coming into work so that we dont lose our jobs while the guys stay comfortablly safe at home. As time goes by my pay decreases due to "budget."
