What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to listen to employees opinions and recommendations.
Some are great others not as much
Strong group of servant leaders.
The middle management is amazing. They are honest and hard working. Upper management is not so great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need More training. Compassion.
Have better long term goals, be more transparent and Invest in employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great 401K, health, dental and vision plan options.
Pay and benefit is really nice
Competitive compensation with excellent benefits.
The monthly bonuses. There isn’t much compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mamagement does not care about you. It doesmt matter how hard you work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help on the job and working safely.
We stick together for the most part
Hard working, decorated team members who are willing to pitch in wherever there is a need.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recognition for our efforts, engagement with managers and the ability to go further up the chain of command, if needed, we have a hotline as well and we are treated and rewarded for our productivity and safety record.
Great atmosphere made up of a diverse workforce.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think it would be better if we all werent so tired from working 60 hours a week
What did you like most about the interview process?
The onsite tour and the ability to speak with employees.

What makes you most happy at work?
We work very hard to make sure we deliver quality products to our customers on time every time.
Getting to clock out at the end of the night
Knowing that I am making an impact and providing value in my organization.
Not much now. Our plant is shutting down and the others aren’t doing well. There are a couple new facilities that are doing great but not all of them are. This is by far my favorite production job in the last 15 years.
