Q&A With Progress Rail Services Employees

Asked to all employees at Progress Rail Services

  • There are many many positions and departments. They ask the right questions to see where you will fit. I applied for one position and had a phone interview and panel interview. When they asked me questions about precision machinery I didn’t know enough. I have a lot of experience in machine operation and production so I was a better fit in another area. When I interviewed for that position they asked me normal questions that are relevant to that position. They were nice and I was very comfortable.
