How employees describe working at Progress Rail Services
Its all who you know, not what you know.
Great culture with admirable work ethics. They treat their employees with dignity and respect.
Really going downhill. If the boss would listen to what you have to say things may get better.
Overworked. Underpaid. Horrible management. Unsafe working conditions. And if you dont keep an eye on your paycheck they will mess it up and steal from you.
Great company with great benefits. Feels like a family.

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Progress Rail Services?
As long as a person is on dayshift it won’t make a difference. If you only work mon-fri and 8-10 hrs a day it’s do-able. If you were on nights at any job it’s impossible. This place is fine. Best job I’ve ever had. Minus the sociopaths in management.
How's the morale at Progress Rail Services?
There is a lot of pride and work ethic at this location. There will always be bad seeds but this place is one of the best that I’ve worked at. The management is mostly great. The employees are pretty great as well. We are a team.
