It is STAR-based interviewing, so as long as the interviewer is trained properly, the process is equitable.
Review from Sales Dept
The video interview and being offered a high position
interview was a breeze, just be prepared to answer questions in STAR format.
The interviewer and the questions. It was smooth and you don't feel intimidated. You feel welcomed from the time you step through the doors.
They're targeting what's important; behavior. When they ask you for a STAR example, they don't care about the situation or task, they want to know your thought process, and what you did to get the result. It's great, because you might have had a bad experience, but if you learned from it, share it.
They're honed in on the correct thing; behavior. They want to know how you handled certain situations, and how you behaved while solving/experiencing an issue. I had a fantastic experience. The company made preparing easy, and once you're in, you get materials to help for promotional opportunities.

At least there was a small component that was human-based but it seemed more like a processing plant
Review from Customer Support Dept
I personally interviewed years ago. Our current process makes it difficult to penetrate initially, but once a candidate gets past the first hurdle the interview process is thorough and accurate.
it was just recorded no one to make you nervous
The recorded self interview option was wonderful
They used several different interview styles.
They can be very accomodating
I liked that interviewers only asked a few questions.
Multiple steps, with details given every step of the way to adequately prepare
Conversational but it can be improved.
How they were sharks to fish out people who have great personalities to start off in sales.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Multiple phases to allow diffeent personalitys to have the Oppurtunity to stand out
Interviewing is hard but managers understand that and I felt very supported during my interview.
Review from HR Dept
It was comfortable and interactive, whilst pulling detailed experiences through thought provoking questions.
I kind having the opportunity to interview with multiple people.
Review from HR Dept
They expect internal employees to meet every requirement on a job posting before your manager will "approve" you to apply
streamline the interview process down
You typically know who will interview you and sometimes they are terrible people that HR should have fired years ago.
Inexperinced managers and leaders who are interviewing
inexperienced managers and leaders who hire and interview candidates
Stop wasting candidates time with 4-5 interviews. Not conducive to a lean process. Provide feedback quickly and more detail so people know what to work on.
More leeway in finding the best candidate for the job even if they aren't the best interviewer.
