Leadership needs to be better at helping employees managing work life balance and assignment of work in general. The work assigned to individual employees is overwhelming and unrealistic

Leadership team needs to communicate better amongst itself. A person hired as a Supervisor Intern should not be given unmonitored control over his or her team. The whole purpose of an internship is to learn the job and see if it's a good fit. It's inefficient having an intern manage an employee.
